Regarding the amtoys, I suggest you contact http://plaidstallions.blogspot.com/ - he's likely to have come across info on them at some point. But my guess is they are a 'Little People' knock-off.
And the others at the bottom, are they made by Chap Mei?
I'm pretty sure those two are from "Mummies Alive."
